About me

My name is Roger, Personal trainer, originally from France (Paris), thanks for visiting my website. For me, high quality coaching comes from building relationships: so I very much want to get to know you, and here a little bit about me! I have always been a very active person. From the age of 6, my dad and I would play casual football games together and I started to lift weights. By the age of 8 he put me into football club a, karate and dancing (hip-hop) By 15 years old I started body weight training, and street workouts on my own, alongside football and karate. I dropped out of dancing quite quickly . My parents always taught me to wait until I was 18y before starting to lift proper heavy weights. And so, when I was 17 years old, I started my true personal journey into fitness: lifting weights which I still do today. I started passion for boxing when I was 26, and I continue to adore the sport. Fast forward 13 years, and I've competed in Bodybuilding Competitions (men’s physique), whilst also dabbling in CrossFit, Strongman, Athletics and amateur boxing.. For me, resistance training has never just been about looking good, it's taught me an abundance of personal skills and qualities along the way (skills and mindset, which I will pass on to you). I'm grateful for everything I've gone through along the way and all the lessons learned. After 3 years of university studying Sports Science in Paris , I took my first step into the Health and Fitness Industry by becoming a fully qualified Level 3 Personal Trainer way back in 2014 with myCESA apprenticeship formateur (in France) … Little did I know at the time where that first step was leading me. From there I studied an Undergraduate degree in Sports Conditioning, Rehabilitation, massage, Strength and Conditioning, all at CESA school in France. During and after my time at university I spent a lot of time working my way around Paris and other French cities. I was a Coach for three of the gym brands in Paris: Cercle de la Forme, Club-Med Gym and Neoness and I coached a youth football team La LC Courneuve for many years.

Arrival in London

My Personal Training ventures have allowed me to work in numerous gyms and health clubs, eventually finding my way to private Personal Training gyms in London: GymBox, Rize, PureGym. During my time as a coach, I've changed thousands of lives, helping people learn, level-up and transform in so many different and exciting ways. Working alongside professional athletes, CEOs, parents and full-time professionals there's one duty of care that I always uphold: I'm a coach who puts the human first. That means meeting you at the human level. My three top coaching ethics are: 1) Whatever you give me, I will give back ten-fold. I'm a serious coach who wants to get you results - if you don't work, we don't work. But damn, if you put the work in, we're going places! 2) Education matters. Which means I'll teach you skills and principles for life, so when our relationship ends, I know you're set up for success. 3) This is about much more than just resistance training. Nutrition, lifestyle, stress and habits, are all considered. We will build foundations of health and wellness. I appreciate you taking 5 minutes to get to know me! I'm excited to get to know you, too. Roger.
